Description

You will own the maintenance, refinement, and enhancement of ServiceNow modules for Cyber Defense Operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop ServiceNow workflows, libraries, and automation to improve process consistency.
• Coordinate the development of new playbooks, response plans, and processes by facilitating technical working sessions.
• Define and advocate for ServiceNow standards, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and foundational knowledgebases.
• Draft enhancement requests and manage backlog prioritization, including user stories, QA PoCs, and UAT business cases.
• Support Cyber Defense reporting on SLAs and metrics to ensure data reliability for audits, MRAs, and compliance requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• 2+ years of experience in a Cyber Defense role.
• 2+ years of experience within the banking sector and its regulatory environment.
• Experience with data map comprehension and workflow implementation within ServiceNow.
• Ability to develop internal standards, playbooks, and guidelines.
• Strong technical understanding of information security issues and risk awareness.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or 10 years of progressive relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks within a broad cybersecurity program.
