Description

You will architect and deliver end-to-end solutions for ServiceNow CPQ implementations integrated with Logik.io.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and solutioning for ServiceNow CPQ and Logik.io integrations.
• Define target architecture, integration patterns, and data flows across ServiceNow, Logik.io, CRM, billing, and ERP.
• Design complex configuration, pricing, and rules models in Logik.io and ServiceNow CPQ.
• Own creation and review of solution design docs, configuration workbooks, integration specs, and test plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years overall experience in enterprise applications or SaaS implementation.
• 4–5+ years hands-on experience with CPQ platforms (ServiceNow CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ).
• 2+ years focused experience implementing or architecting Logik.io or similar advanced configuration engines.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow in Order Management, CSM, ITSM, or FSM with quote/order capabilities.
• Deep understanding of product/service catalog modeling, configuration rules, and pricing methods (subscription, usage, tiered).
• Strong background with integrations between CPQ and CRM, billing, and ERP systems using REST APIs or iPaaS.
• Solid skills in data modeling, JSON/REST, and understanding how configuration engines execute rules.

Preferred Skills

• Prior hands-on implementation with ServiceNow CPQ integrated with Logik.io.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or complex services involving subscriptions and renewals.
