Description

Design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications to meet specific business process and application requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications based on defined business process requirements.
• Configure ServiceNow modules to align with application needs and standards.
• Manage system configurations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure all solutions meet Customer Service Management (CSM) standards.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow System Configuration.
• 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Must be a US Citizen.
