Description

You will architect, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to drive automation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams for the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow components including workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
• Implement and maintain ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Manage instance health, including cloning, patching, and upgrades, while optimizing platform performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with CSDM and CMDB data modeling.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
