Description

Lead the full lifecycle implementation of ServiceNow CSDM at an enterprise scale, from design to production adoption.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Remediate legacy or non-compliant CMDBs and transition them to a CSDM-aligned model.
• Operate within complex, multi-domain enterprise environments to ensure seamless integration.
• Align CSDM with ITSM, ITOM, Application Portfolio Management, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in CMDB architecture, CI lifecycle, and service mapping.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Direct ownership of CSDM and CMDB strategy.
• Proven experience leading comprehensive CSDM implementations from design through to production.
• Deep, hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow CSDM at an enterprise level.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture and class models.
• Expertise in the CSDM 3.x framework.
• Experience with service mapping and discovery in multi-domain environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating CSDM with cloud/hybrid infrastructure models.
