Description

You will implement and configure the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure the CSM module using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Integrate CSM with ITSM and third-party systems via REST/SOAP.
  • Develop and maintain business rules, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, and scheduled jobs.
  • Participate in technical design reviews, solution demos, and agile sprint planning.
  • Perform unit testing and support UAT for all new developments and enhancements.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep expertise in CSM implementation and ServiceNow architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript scripting.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external data sources.
  • Working knowledge of CMDB, SLAs, and ServiceNow reporting/dashboards.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CSM application.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
