You will implement and configure the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure the CSM module using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Integrate CSM with ITSM and third-party systems via REST/SOAP.
- Develop and maintain business rules, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, and scheduled jobs.
- Participate in technical design reviews, solution demos, and agile sprint planning.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT for all new developments and enhancements.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep expertise in CSM implementation and ServiceNow architecture.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external data sources.
- Working knowledge of CMDB, SLAs, and ServiceNow reporting/dashboards.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CSM application.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
