Description

You will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Order Management (OM).

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement CSM and OM modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom applications and extensions using ServiceNow modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST and SOAP web services.
• Gather technical requirements and lead client discussions for solution design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow design and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AJAX.
• Hands-on implementation experience with CSM and OM modules.
• Experience building REST and SOAP web service integrations.
• Familiarity with Service Portal and Content Management development.
• Knowledge of Service Request Management and workflow automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as an individual contributor on complex, large-scale development tasks.
