Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Order Management modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize CSM and Order Management modules.
• Build custom applications and integrate with third-party tools using web-based integrations.
• Develop content and functionality within the Service Portal.
• Gather requirements and manage client discussions to define development scope.
• Design workflows and implement Service Request Management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of design, development, and implementation experience in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript and AJAX.
• Strong experience configuring and developing the CSM module.
• Experience implementing and customizing Order Management.
• Proficiency in building SOAP and REST web-based integrations.
• Experience developing within the Service Portal and Content Management.
• Understanding of customer service management and order management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Service Request Management and Workflow design.
