Description

Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations, focusing on CSM and OMT modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement new modules and features, specifically focusing on CSM and OMT.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and solutions using Flow Designer, UI Builder, and established best practices.
• Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, and SLAs/OLAs/UCs.
• Design and configure Virtual Agent components, including branding, topic blocks, and out-of-the-box conversation flows.
• Gather detailed solution requirements and convert them into functional technical solutions using Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow CSM certification or Implementation Certification is required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and/or UI Builder.
• Experience scripting to call APIs.
• Strong modular code and scripting philosophy.
• Proven ability in complex problem solving.
• Experience configuring Service Portal chat for Virtual Agent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodology.
