Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations, with a specific focus on the CSM and OMT modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement new modules and features for CSM and OMT.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and solutions using Flow Designer and UI Builder.
• Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, and SLAs/OLAs/UCs.
• Design and configure Virtual Agent components, including branding and topic blocks.
• Translate detailed solution requirements into functional technical solutions using Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow CSM or Implementation Certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and UI Builder.
• Experience scripting to call APIs.
• Strong modular code and scripting philosophy.
• Experience configuring Service Portal chat for Virtual Agent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodology.
