Description

You will develop and configure ServiceNow solutions focused on CSM and HRSD modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR business requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow HRSD and CSM modules.
• Build UI forms, fields, notifications, automation scripts, workflows, and reports.
• Create, monitor, and publish service catalog workflows with approvals.
• Integrate CSM and HRSD with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Flow Designer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow CSM and HRSD module configuration.
• Experience integrating with Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ERP, and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs for integration development.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ServiceNow development.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• 3-year tenure in previous roles.
