- Build and maintain Service Catalogs and Self-Service Portals.
- Solve complex technical problems through analytical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver integrated ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Customer Service Management Certification.
- Deep expertise in CSM Case Management and Agent Workspace.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Strong web development technology background.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
