You will develop and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into functional solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using ServiceNow Portal, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement ITSM solutions and integrate systems via APIs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Produce data reports and manage multiple development demands.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ITSM implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of Service Portal and AngularJS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with API integration and data reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CAD/CSA certifications is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
