Description

You manage the ServiceNow platform’s configuration, security, and release cycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform platform configuration including user administration, security, workflows, and data management.
• Build and customize forms, fields, applications, modules, tables, and Service Catalog items.
• Manage the ServiceNow release cycle and system upgrades occurring three times per year.
• Create and use update sets to move customizations between instances.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience translating complex end-user requirements into code.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ACLs and platform administration.
• 2+ years of experience with Web Technologies including XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
• 2+ years of experience with web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3).
• 2+ years of experience with ITIL v3 methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience understanding enterprise IT architecture.
• 2+ years of working knowledge with relational databases and database manipulation via programming languages.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LDAP directories such as Active Directory, eDirectory, or OpenLDAP.
• Experience with Single Sign-on (SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0, Digested Token) and Web Services integrations.
