You will design, develop, and customize dashboards within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities to enhance data visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Strong background in Core Java.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for dashboard customization.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Proven experience in designing complex workflows and integrations.
• Any graduate degree.

• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools.
