Required Skills

  • 12+ years of professional experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities for dashboard development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong background in Core Java.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
