Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow tool implementations and customizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow implementations, configurations, and customizations.
• Design and build customized reports and tailored views within the ServiceNow environment.
• Implement and customize various ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Build integrations using Flow Designer to automate processes.
• Customize the ServiceNow Service Portal and manage knowledge modules.

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development.
• At least 3 years of direct experience with the ServiceNow CSM module.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Angular.
• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, and UI Scripts.
• Experience configuring Catalog Forms.
• Practical knowledge of the ServiceNow NOW platform, including low-code/no-code features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal implementation and customization.
• Knowledge of knowledge management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
