ServiceNow Developer / Administrator

You will build, maintain, and extend solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Business Rules.
• Design and build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Configure and manage core ITSM processes and at least one specialized module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or CMDB).
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing platform configurations and scripts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Proven ability to implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Direct experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or CMDB.
• Any Graduate degree.
