Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal interfaces and custom applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Service Portal user interface using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Develop custom reusable portal widgets and design REST integrations with data transformation.
• Develop workflows, flows, and ServiceNow Integration Hub flows/actions.
• Integrate COTS products with enterprise applications using off-the-shelf components.
• Manage Agile Stories and navigate vendor documentation and the ServiceNow HI Portal.

Required Skills

• 6 years of ServiceNow development experience covering core modules, workflows, and custom app development.
• 6 years of experience writing and maintaining JavaScript.
• 5 years of experience with REST integrations and data transformation.
• 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Incident, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• 5 years of experience managing Agile Stories.
• 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub flow/action development.
• 3 years of experience integrating COTS products with enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and REST.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience building custom applications.
