You will develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and Service Portal components. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and Service Portal components using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Implement and enhance Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro) solutions.
• Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design automated workflows to streamline IT and business processes, including GenAI-driven improvements.
• Prepare and execute unit tests, participate in code reviews, and enforce ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with HAM modules.
• CSA certification (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAM Pro or other enterprise asset management tools.
• Exposure to GenAI-driven workflow automation.
