You will develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and install ServiceNow applications while ensuring they integrate with existing programs.
• Test software for bugs and performance throughout all development stages to ensure intended behavior.
• Provide technical training, documentation, and support for implemented solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript.
• Proficiency in UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and organize development tasks effectively.
