Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure and activate ServiceNow applications to automate business processes.
• Develop custom applications from inception to completion, including workflow creation and scripting.
• Migrate data from disparate tools into ServiceNow and manage CMDB implementation and data normalization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving software applications, system integrations, and multiple platforms.
• Refactor software customizations during major ServiceNow updates and support release management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with core modules: Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, and CMS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Jelly Script.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, XML, JSON, and jQuery.
• Working knowledge of Angular 1.x and Angular 2.0.
• Practical experience implementing ITIL processes and Service Catalog.
• Ability to build reporting dashboards and technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Background in SQL and backend ServiceNow configuration.
