Description

You will design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IT Service Management solutions within ServiceNow.
• Implement solutions across core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and CMDB.
• Build custom applications and develop reports within the platform.
• Automate workflows and manage platform integrations using ServiceNow APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and scripting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and CMDB modules.
• Experience with workflow automation and ServiceNow APIs.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
