Description

Required Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of the ITSM framework, application design, ITIL processes, and SDLC practices, including Agile/Scrum requirements gathering.
Knowledge of contextual security, roles, and ACL debugging.
Ability to tailor forms, views, UI policies, and user settings.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and Glide APIs.
Experience connecting ServiceNow with external APIs using REST and SOAP.
Ability to solve moderately complex problems, analyze and escalate difficult issues, and serve as a team escalation point.
Ability to peer review work, compose knowledge articles, and contribute meeting artifacts.
Ability to lead small team tasks and initiatives, work effectively with peers, and participate in peer mentoring.
Ability to recommend process changes, drive value and service delivery, and contribute proactive ideas
