Description

You will implement, configure, and architect ServiceNow AIOps solutions, including Event Management, Health Log Analytics, and Metric Intelligence.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow AIOps components including Event Management, Health Log Analytics, Agent client collector, and Metric Intelligence.
• Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models.
• Integrate external monitoring tools using OOTB Connectors, REST APIs, and SNMP traps.
• Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration to build automated remediation.
• Configure alert rules, correlation logic, noise reduction policies, and service impact models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
• Working knowledge of Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ITSM processes.
• Ability to design data flows and service health models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for client workshops and requirement analysis.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITOM, CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management).
