Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions to support business strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement custom workflows and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design solutions leveraging HR, ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge, and ITOM modules using configuration and custom JavaScript.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party partners using APIs, web services, and transform maps.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, including handling action skipped changes and executing tests.
• Maintain platform health by managing forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, and roles.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and XML.
• Proficiency with APIs, web services, scripts, and transform maps for application integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM (CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery) and ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and structural programming concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant ServiceNow certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience serving as a trainer or mentor to technical teams.
