Responsibilities

• Execute ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and migration strategies.
• Manage CMDB data modelling and Service Graph integration.
• Utilize Performance Analytics and Reporting capabilities to drive business insights.
• Apply Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices to your workflow.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB data modelling.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
