Description

You design and build custom applications, automations, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on ServiceNow.
• Design and develop custom applications, rules, and platform customizations.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Proven experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development.
• Expertise in Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and process automation.
• Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules, with a preference for ITSM.
• Experience working on integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, and performance considerations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with new module implementations and post-production stabilization.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
