Description

You will design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and SPM.
• Build and support integrations using web services, APIs, REST, SOAP, and JSON.
• Debug and troubleshoot scripts, workflows, and platform integrations.
• Design system architectures and testing procedures to ensure performance and feasibility.
• Develop technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and system designs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, Playbook, and Configurable Workspace.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Scoped Application development and scripting.
• Ability to use ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON) for system integrations.
• Experience working with ITSM, CMDB, and SPM modules in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Python, and SQL.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
