Description

You will administer and develop on the ServiceNow platform within an Agile environment, supporting multiple FedRAMP instances.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring to verify application integrity and availability across production and non-production instances.
• Execute ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and system updates in coordination with Platform and Delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, diagnose performance problems, and resolve production support incidents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, participate in Agile ceremonies, and document administrative processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration and JavaScript development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ITIL v3/v4 processes and ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog, ITOM, CMDB).
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot performance-related issues and configure reports and dashboards.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3 and v4 frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
