Description

Lead ServiceNow development and architecture using the Vancouver version. Balance execution (60%), design (30%), and administration (10%).

Responsibilities

• Execute development tasks and architect technical solutions for client environments.
• Mentor team members and lead small-scale technical projects.
• Develop comprehensive test scripts and plans within Agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder requests and navigate high ambiguity in project requirements.
• Provide troubleshooting support and maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and SAMPRO modules.
• Proficiency with Web APIs, Data Integrations/ETL, and Relational Databases.
• Technical knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, VPN, SSL, and SSO.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments utilizing 6-week sprints.
• Proven track record in technical consulting and client-facing roles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Delivery.
• Ability to work on multi-database or multi-language platforms.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare industry.
