You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules aligned with business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on defined business requirements.
• Implement and maintain workflows using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Perform platform configuration, customization, and enhancements to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on platform capabilities and technical standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and solution design.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules beyond basic configuration.
