Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and modules to meet specific business requirements in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow architecture, including customizations for Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Configure and customize workflows, forms, UI components, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Implement automation solutions using ServiceNow Orchestration and Workflow Editor.
• Develop integration scripts and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and customizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Architect.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep experience with ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders for system enhancements.
• Must hold a Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications.
