Description

Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow automation solutions, focusing on CMDB, Asset Database, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop large custom applications and automation workflows within ServiceNow.
• Lead the full lifecycle of custom automation apps, from requirement synthesis to implementation and testing.
• Coordinate integrations between CMDB, Asset Database, ITSM, ITOM, billing, and ordering systems.
• Define the product vision and technical roadmap for custom workflow automations.
• Promote data model governance, coding standards, and data integrity across all automation efforts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of extensive design and development experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and/or Event Management.
• 7+ years of experience using Shell, Perl, Python, or JavaScript.
• 7+ years of experience optimizing ServiceNow data models and enforcing coding standards.
• 7+ years of experience translating complex customer requirements into technical solutions.
• 7+ years of experience defining product visions and detailed technical roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of integrated solutions.
• Strong communication skills for requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with state government entities.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working across various technical disciplines in IT infrastructure operations.
