Description

You will design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple enterprise modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions within ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio.
• Build and maintain integrations through advanced scripting.
• Design technical architectures that align with organizational requirements.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional technical experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM modules.
• Experience with ITOM implementations.
• Proficiency in HRSD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CSM modules.
• Advanced ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
