Description

You will design, configure, and develop technical applications on the ServiceNow platform to automate business processes. You own the full lifecycle from custom module implementation to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement custom application modules including Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, and Asset Management.
• Develop and customize Service Catalog items using Catalog Scripts and Variables.
• Implement new functionality through Business Rules, UI Scripts, and actions.
• Build tool integrations using web services, SOAP, and email MID server.
• Develop workflow customizations, data reports, and perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with AngularJS.
• Knowledge of HTML and XML.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP.
• Ability to use UI Scripts for custom functionality.
• Experience troubleshooting server installation and connection issues.
• 1 year of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
