Description

Lead the implementation and development of ServiceNow Asset Management and Discovery processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom discovery patterns to identify network devices and required CI attributes.
• Manage agent-based (ACC) discovery for Windows servers and agentless discovery for Linux hosts.
• Validate discovery data to ensure accurate population of Configuration Items (CIs) within the CMDB.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex discovery issues and pattern errors.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Asset Management implementations.
• Deep understanding of Discovery implementation and configuration.
• Experience with both agent-based and agentless discovery methods.
• Proficiency in Linux environments.
• Proven ability to develop and debug custom discovery patterns.
• Expertise in CMDB data validation and management.
