Description

You will design, implement, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, owning the full lifecycle from technical specification to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy custom applications using Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, and CMDB modules.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, JSON, and SOAP web services.
• Automate administrative tasks including user, group, and role management.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve operational tickets, and manage data migrations via Import Sets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a proven track record of building custom applications.
• Hands-on expertise with Access controls, notifications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and script includes.
• Proficient in Service Portal implementation and customization.
• Strong knowledge of ITILv3 processes and CMDB best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Visibility, including Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Familiarity with SCRUM, Agile, and DevOps operating models.
• Must hold one of the following certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified ServiceNow Platform Implementer.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large call centers or unified shared services centers.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations.
