Description

You will develop and manage ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop Value Stream Management (VSM) workflows and components.
• Write and optimize code using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while providing technical mentorship to other developers.
• Produce precise, high-quality technical documentation for all development work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow ITOM development experience, specifically with CMDB and Discovery.
• 5+ years of experience implementing integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• 3+ years of experience in Value Stream Management (VSM) development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Current ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, or CIS).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
