You will develop and customize ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications focusing on ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules.
• Build platform functionality using JavaScript, including client scripts, business rules, UI policies, flows, and workflow automation.
• Implement domain-separated solutions and ensure secure, scalable configurations across environments.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and support data transformations.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver enhancements following platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules.
• Proven JavaScript development skills.
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform components.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Experience working with domain separation in ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
