Description

You will design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and custom applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized ServiceNow applications and facilitate system integrations.
• Configure and customize workflows, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform tuning and optimization of existing applications to improve performance.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proven track record of implementing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Any Graduate degree.
