You will build and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow APIs and scripting.
• Automate processes based on ITSM and ITOM requirements.
• Manage configuration and workflows across specified ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, and HAM.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
