Description

Drive the architectural vision and deliver automated workflows for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural vision and conduct peer code reviews for SPM/PPM implementations.
• Master and configure Portfolio, Project, Demand, and Resource Management processes.
• Manage full-cycle testing, including Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• 3+ years specialized experience in SPM/PPM implementation and administration.
• Core development skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating using REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML with Secure API Authentication.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules: SPM, PPM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and APM.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex enterprise portfolio management strategies.
• Proven track record in leading architectural decisions for large-scale ServiceNow instances.
