Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features within ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules.
• Implement customizations leveraging native ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Ensure code quality and platform stability for existing modules.
• Collaborate on technical design and implementation details.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level ServiceNow development skills.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.
• Practical experience with CSM modules.
• Familiarity with TPRM module functionality.
• Any Graduate degree.
