Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for existing ServiceNow instances.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Proven ability to customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and web services.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features and scripting.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Developer Certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
