Description

You will develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications while integrating them with external systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and install ServiceNow applications to ensure correct behavior.
• Test software for bugs and performance across all development stages.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external programs and systems.
• Provide technical training, documentation, and user support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for UI development.
• Experience with SQL and XML.
• Familiarity with UI development principles.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong understanding of structural programming concepts.
