Description

You will develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules and custom applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Extend the ServiceNow schema to build custom applications and leverage platform capabilities.
• Design complex workflows and write automated scripts.
• Configure and manage platform tools such as Discovery and Orchestration.
• Maintain platform integrity using Business Rules, Web Services, and Access Control Rules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, or configuration.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Proficiency with Business Rules, Web Services, and Access Control Rules.
• Experience extending the ServiceNow schema for custom application development.
• Ability to work with Discovery and Orchestration tools.
• Experience with scripting and automating workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HR Service Delivery.
• Ability to perform API integrations within ServiceNow.
• ITIL or ServiceNow certification.
