Description

You will manage the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow implementation, owning the release pipeline and technical solutions across the SDLC lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts, workflows, and flows to automate tasks and integrations.
• Build scoped applications, customizations, and configurations based on customer requirements.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST and orchestration.
• Improve Service Mapping, CMDB, and Discovery processes.
• Perform system administration, maintenance, break/fix support, and integration testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development and administration in ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Glide, HTML, XML, and JSON.
• 4+ years of experience gathering requirements and designing technical solutions.
• 4+ years of experience developing and managing ServiceNow integrations.
• 3+ years of familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture and web services (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
• Technical expertise in REST and orchestration.
• Experience with Service Mapping, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for data interpretation and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of ServiceNow Field Service Management development and administration.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow Security Operations development and administration.
