Description

You will build, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on Information Risk Management (IRM) implementation and API-based integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules following established best practices.
• Develop workflows, configurations, and custom widgets within the Service Portal.
• Build and manage API-based integrations with ServiceNow.
• Conduct requirements workshops to gather stakeholder needs and manage customer relationships.
• Test, troubleshoot, and provide post-implementation support and user training.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Direct experience implementing ServiceNow IRM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal and Widget Development.
• Experience with API-based integrations.
• Ability to collaborate on requirements and manage customer stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of tenure in previous ServiceNow roles.
