Description

You will design, configure, and build scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform using out-of-the-box features and custom development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, and UI actions.
• Configure and enhance core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM based on engagement needs.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and technical discussions to recommend best-practice solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and post-production support while maintaining technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams during sprint planning, estimation, and reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and scripting experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and upgrade-safe design.
• Experience working in agile environments with a consultative mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills to work with product owners, architects, and delivery leads.
• Any Graduate degree.
